PepsiCo beat a lawsuit introduced by New York Legal professional Common Letitia James over the corporate’s alleged plastics pollution after a decide criticized the case as predatory and dismissed the lawsuit.
James failed to point out that the beverage and snack-food company created a public nuisance with its single-use plastic packaging, Justice Emilio Colaiacovo of the state Supreme Court docket in Buffalo mentioned Thursday.
